Whether you need help in supplementing your general household items or need to obtain a specific piece of adaptive equipment. Recovering Wishes for Families may be able to offer some help. Through a warehouse in Springfield and smaller local site, a team of volunteers distribute donated items to eligible people. In the past these times have included medical and adaptive equipment, household goods, cleaning supplies, paper goods, clothing and food.
Recovering Wishes for Families warehouse is located 353 North Nettleton, Springfield, MO. Warehouse hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00pm every Monday. You must be a client of Springfield Regional Center for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (417-895-7400) to receive donated items.
